ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ASC product quality including sampling, testing, rework, visual standards, trending, and reporting. This includes in-process as well as Finished Product Quality. What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization? Ensures that all products are manufactured to current specifications and quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Responsible for leading various processes for product quality within the manufacturing environment that support the Company's vision and mission.
· Lead Product Quality Testers who perform quality inspections to meet quality requirements.
· Handle rework processes and employees
· Demonstrate strong communication skills, be a resource for direct reports and exhibit leadership skills to improve productivity, equipment utilization and overall efficiency.
· Accountable for adherence to quality and regulatory standards in assigned areas
· Design tests, analyse data, and summarize findings for equipment/processes in areas of responsibility
· Apply standard quality, auditing, and/or IWS concepts and techniques
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
High School Diploma or equivalent Or Associate Degree in Technical or related field and relevant work experience; Or BS Degree with relevant experience.
Experience in Quality Management Systems preferred
Previous experience in Quality Control, sampling and/ or testing
Previous experience working in a supervisory role strongly preferred
Computer skills using Process Control System (i.e., Ignition) and MS Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong Quality background (sampling, testing, calibration, qualification, validation) or technical background with problem-solving skills and effectively able to manage the recommended continuous improvements.
BENEFICIAL
Experience in an FDA regulated work environment.
Knowledge/experience with Integrated Work Systems.

Paid Leave:
