Trinity Solar, the Northeast's largest privately-owned solar integrator, is looking for a Warehouse Administrator for our Wall, NJ office. The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for providing clerical support for the warehouse and logistics management team. Roles & Responsibilities Reviews receiving tallies to ensure accuracy for material and price totals. Process all purchase orders and inform management of any receiving related issues. Submit and file receiving copies along with local office invoices. Retrieve daily inventory reports from all locations and maintain for accuracy. Annual physical inventory counting. Additional tasks as necessary. Qualifications & Experience 1-3 years of Warehouse Administrator experience preferred. Microsoft Office knowledge required. Data entry and computer proficiency. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping preferred. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience with solar, electrical and construction materials a plus.
