This entry-level position is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of technology and to develop a solid foundation for a successful career in the field.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAttend and actively participate in training programs designed to cover a range of technologies, tools, and processes relevant to various departments (Application Development, Business Analysis, Robotic Process Automation, Infrastructure, Data, and PMO) within BT.Work closely with experienced team members to understand and contribute to ongoing technology projects.Assist in providing technical support to end-users.Create and maintain documentation related to systems, procedures, and troubleshooting processes.Provide support in project/product activities, including writing requirements, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.Must be self-motivated, team-oriented and have a positive attitude.What We OfferNot just a career... but a career path to success!
