Trinity Solar Talent Coordinator in Wall Township, New Jersey

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Trinity Solar, the Northeast's largest privately-owned solar integrator, is seeking a full-time Talent Coordinator who will be based in Wall, NJ at our corporate office. The Talent Coordinator is responsible for full life-cycle talent acquisition, which requires the ability to drive strategic and tactical initiatives around effective candidate delivery to the business. These include candidate generation and pipeline development across the teams. The ideal candidate for the Talent Coordinator position will have previous experience in recruiting, or a human resources role, and have a current understanding of the recruiting and human resource landscape. RESPONSIBILITIES Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and priorities Build candidate pipelines through proactive outreach Manage multiple talent sourcing channels including Indeed and social media Source and review a large volume of candidate resumes Conduct phone interviews when necessary Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers Consistently follow up with targeted candidates through multiple hiring platforms Maintain detailed documentation of candidates within Trinity Solars internal applicant tracking process QUALIFICATIONS 1-3 years of recruitment experience A great attitude and desire to improve Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal) Team player with a sense of ownership and a get things done mindset Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree in human resources, business or related field OR equivalent experience 1-3 years proven experience in recruitment research, sourcing, or recruitment role in a fast-moving environment Previous success with high volume recruiting Previous HR business partnering experience Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external clients Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with all levels, including senior leadership Ability to use applicant tracking system (Familiarity with Paycom's ATS is preferred) What We Offer Not just a career... but a career path to success!
