Trinity Solar Spotio Business Administrator in Wall Township, New Jersey

Trinity Solar Inc. is looking for talented people who are detail-oriented and service-minded to support our staff with the implementation, adoption, and use of our canvassing tool, Spotio. We are seeking highly motivated and reliable candidates to join our team and help take advantage of all the features and benefits that this system has to offer and become the Subject Matter Expert from a business perspective. The Spotio Business Administrator will be responsible for the development and ongoing management of the platform and various campaigns and programs Trinity can integrate with it. RESPONSIBILITIES Be the primary business systems contact for Spotio. Manage functioning tools of the Spotio software along with being able to import and export pertinent data for various campaigns. Manage and coordinate permissions of all users on the application. Develop Trinity use cases, specify software functionality, and work with Business Technology (BT) to deliver features to meet the use cases. Communicate with developers to ensure understanding of business processes and requirements of the users, and work with BT to ensure that deliverables match specified features. Run and disburse reports for management on a daily and weekly basis. Communicate with the business on the roll outs of BT updates. Develop training plans for employees on the functions and features of the tools they use to increase employee confidence in and utilization of the tool while also decreasing user errors. Liaise with sales, field marketing, marketing, and BT on business needs with respect to software tools. Ensuring company compliance with all relevant regulations. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Bachelors Degree or higher Experience in door-to-door canvassing or similar tools to support a door-to-door role is a plus. High degree of competency communicating with stakeholders from across the Business and Business Technology teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong collaboration skills supporting multiple stakeholders and business operations Exceptional data management skills Ability to adapt and be productive in a dynamic environment Self-started, self-managed, and a team player. Must have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills. This is potentially a remote position; must have designated work space with reliable access to internet and cell service. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
