Provides strong organizational skills to maintain programs, personnel, and timelines accordingly. Eager to join the hypergrowth renewable with the leading privately-owned solar installation company.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Marketing Team and individual campaignsSet up and maintain marketing projects within departments planning softwareSupports and coordinates individual marketing campaigns as requiredKnowledge and application of various digital marketing and media within marketing campaignsManage the procurement and disbursement of the companys branded collateralManage internal and external requests and correspondence from the Marketing TeamAbility to support and maintain, and learn best practices, of marketing automation softwareGain understanding and processes to coordinate specific email nurture and drip campaignsLearn, coordinate, and support various digital, media, print Ads, promotion, and event tacticsMaintain up-to-date Marketing budget and accounting (invoice submission and tracking)Ability to learn a variety of data tools and dashboards to gain and present insights and performance for marketing campaigns and projects.Appreciates the important link of marketing to sales, customer experience, and communicationsQualifications & ExperienceQuick learner, motivated, collaborative, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindsetMinimum of 3-years experience within a Marketing Department and/or relevant responsibilitiesBachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or related fieldMarketing and communication administration experience, from planning to execution and tracking both department-wide and project-basedAttention to detail, extremely organized, and ability to keep projects and personnel on-trackEffective written and verbal communication skills, particularly building project-scope decks and presentations, as well as planning and tracking outlinesCompetency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner and OutlookExperience with marketing automation / demand generation SaaS is beneficial (ex.
