The Communications Associate must have a passion for the industry, company culture and be able to handle high volume tasks and communications. Roles & Responsibilities Ensure that all approved contract changes are processed. Ensure that all emails and phone calls are answered in a timely manner. Ensure all internal communications are answered Qualifications & Experience Must have a positive attitude. Strong communication skills including phone, video conference, text messaging and email. Must be dependable and reliable. Must be extremely detail oriented in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate computer and technology skills. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must possess ability to grasp new concepts quickly Must be able to adapt quickly to frequent changes Desired attributes include organizational and time management skills, strong decision making and problem solving, team player and attention to detail.
