The Call Coordinator answers the high volume of unrouted calls for the company and routs them to the appropriate department or employee. This position is the first point of contact for customers calling into Trinity. A Call Coordinator will maintain order and organization ensuring customers receive the best service and experience. Responsibilities Maintain a professional presence providing the best customer service and experience. Answer all incoming calls from the various inbound phone numbers that do not get auto-routed. Transfer calls to the correct department or employee. Be positive and excited to answer the phone for Trinity Solar customers. Requirements Experience answering high volume inbound phone calls. Experience in customer service and customer experience. Professional presence, at all times. Positive and excited attitude for answering phones. Salesforce experience. RingCentral experience.
