ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Trinity Solar Inc. is looking for talented people who are passionate about innovation, clean energy, and delivering the best possible service to our customers. We are seeking highly motivated and reliable candidates to join our Marketing Department to support the day-to-day process management for the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General

  • Provide general administrative support to the team such as scheduling and facilitating staff meetings

  • Track project statuses to keep projects on track (in the absence of a FT project manager)

  • Facilitate intradepartmental communication and updates to keep all marketing disciplines in sync and up-to-date

  • Support and document marketing requests and ensure process ownership of activities and deliverables.

  • Track and monitor incoming requests for Marketing Support

  • Handle communication between the marketing team and other departments, as well as with external vendors, partners, and clients

  • Monitor the Marketing team voicemail to triage messages, redirect as needed, and highlight calls that need to be addressed by Marketing

  • Collate and track outgoing requests from Marketing to other departments (specifically, Business Technology)

  • Help track and support team members related to other Marketing functions

  • RingCentral and Call Quality Program; monitor databases for flagged numbers and track resolution

  • Marketing Analytics

  • Spotio data campaigns

  • Staff, Budget, and Performance Support

  • Process and collate staff expense reports

  • Marketing budget management and reporting

  • Manage all invoice and purchase orders for marketing vendors

  • Assist with onboarding new marketing staff and vendors

  • Maintain and schedule Staff annual review reminders

  • Schedule quarterly recap meetings and compiling quarterly recap decks

  • Maintain and report on Co-op dollars spent with our partners (MDF management)

  • Access and gather requested data for performance indications and communicate updates as necessary.

  • Marketing Asset Support

  • Curate photos from installed projects for marketing’s use

  • Potentially communicate with customers to procure new photos or testimonials for marketing’s use

  • Create presentation outlines, source data and assets, to support organization leadership and facilitate monthly and quarterly departmental reviews.

  • Gear and Apparel Administrative Support

  • Manage the procurement and disbursement of the company’s branded material. Point person for Operations Gear order and distribution process

  • Oversight of "print-on-demand" web store for Trinity merch and incentives (website to come)

  • Ancillary Marketing Administrative Support

  • Point person for all sponsorship requests. Collect requests and prepare documentation for sponsorship consideration.

  • Monitor for awards applications due / lists to join

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • +5 years of relevant experience is required.

  • Administration or sales and marketing assistant or digital marketing experience is preferred.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Microsoft Office 365 Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word are essential.

  • Possessing knowledge or experience in marketing and sales automation software, like Marketo, Hootsuite, and Salesforce a plus.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship skills.

  • Highly organized and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to oversee multiple projects for leadership, provide support, and resolve challenges.

  • Quick and eager learner, adaptive to a fluid environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and independently.

  • Ability and willingness to operate at strategic and practical level.

  • Experience in the solar, construction, renewables a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
