The primary role of the Manager on the Integrated Marketing team, under the SVP and VP of Integrated Marketing, is to act as support to the Integrated Marketing team, which develops and produces custom integrated content for 18-20 theatrical film and home entertainment releases each year. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, creative and able to work well with others.
Essential Responsibilities:
Works with VP to develop partnership strategies across linear, digital and social and works with media partners from idea development through creative execution and post-production finishing
Responsible for maintaining department documents, records, materials and spreadsheets including but not limited to:
Integrated Marketing department deck
Integrated Marketing frame.io system
Upfront document management
Oversees (with supervision) custom Symphony promotions across NBCUniversal on designated titles
Distributes film assets and materials to partners
Liaises with all internal departments including media, publicity, creative advertising, research and brand partnerships to align with campaign strategy and develop cross-divisional activations
Manages department production budgets and invoicing
Attends select partner shoots and studio creative content shoots:
Handles pre-shoot logistics with partners
Manages production shoot creative on-set in tandem with VP and partners
Handles footage delivery post-shoot
Travels for production, as needed
3-5 years experience in entertainment, marketing or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Suite

- Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

Salary Range: $95,000 - 105,000 (Bonus eligible)
