Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordination of the installation team

  • Capacity planning, according to current requirements

  • Installation of new lines and machines – from unloading to handover to the customer.

  • Support for operators/mechanics in the start-up of a new production facility.

  • Participation in the improvement of machinery in the production process and the introduction of new technologies into production.

  • Implementation of new standards on old equipment.

  • Transfer of knowledge and training of other mechanics.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience in repairing and maintaining production equipment for at least 3 years.

  • Proven knowledge of pneumatic/servo systems.

  • Experience with the installation of new machinery is an advantage

  • Vocational School of Technology graduates will be preferred

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) at the user level.

  • Orientation in production documentation and drawings

  • Knowledge of maintenance management systems is an advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Goal-oriented

  • Manual dexterity and ability to solve technical problems effectively.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to effectively impart knowledge and skills.

  • • Willingness to educate oneself and work on one's professional growth

  • • Good verbal and written English
