What You'll Do:

• Leading the development and execution of Customer Data Integration product strategy, with a strong focus on optimizing and securing customer data to enhance integrated product offerings.

• Defining and communicating a strategy, prioritization, and timelines for the Customer Data Integrations both internally and with 3 rd party partner platforms.

• Ensuring tools are built and scaled to support the security and integrity needs of internal teams and partners in managing customer digital identities.

• Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success and adoption of customer data integrations internally and externally.

• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, data protection, and privacy, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

• Collaborating with Engineering, Walmart Connect, Data Ventures, Walmart+, and Marketing teams to deliver world-class digital identity solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
