The Assistant Men's and Women's Golf Coach serves to assist with all functions of theUSCUpstate Men's and Women's Golf programs.**

• Assists with the instruction of student-athletes in individual skill development, technique and strategy.
• Film review, off field instruction and meetings with student-athletes.
• Provide academic development, time management and life skills instructions.
• Oversee conditioning and weight training.
• Assist Head Coach with practice facility maintenance, decision making processes, scheduling, purchasing, recruiting, and practice.

**[Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Proof of valid driver's license, good driving record, and successful background check required. Successful completion ofNCAArecruiting exam is required.

**[Preferred Qualifications: Preferred experience includes two years of playing or coaching experience at the college level, knowledge ofNCAArules and regulations, exceptional interpersonal skills, computer skills and strong oral and written communication skills.
