TEKsystems is hiring for property and casualty insurance agents to join our team! This position will begin remote, but candidates MUST be comfortable working hybrid in the future.

Description:

The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Maintaining sales goals and industry leading service standards

• Timely outreach to all inbound leads to include website applications and answering inbound calls

• Availability and dependability to

• Highly focused on a total team environment

  Shifts: First and Second shift available

  Compensation: base pay + monthly performance bonus

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

A Commercial Lines P&C licensed is required ( general lines)

Minimum of an Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree preferred
