We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager, Business Applications Partner Marketing to lead our partner marketing initiatives for enterprise resource planning (ERP). Microsoft's ERP solutions are leading the industry with their advanced AI capabilities , which enable businesses to gain deeper insights, make more informed decisions, and drive operational efficiency.
As a Partner Marketing Manager , you will have the opportunity to help lead a partner strategy that embraces our position in AI. This role is pivotal in building partner capacity and driving partner Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. The successful candidate will be accountable for building compelling partner value propositions and managing comprehensive partner programs to drive performance and execution .

Responsibilities
Develop and communicate a compelling partner value proposition that resonates with our partner ecosystem.
Create practice development guidance to help partners grow their business with our enterprise resource planning (ERP) offerings.
Build and manage the partner solution play, ensuring alignment with field solution play to maintain consistency and drive success.
Design and oversee partner programs, including the creation and packaging of go-to-market (GTM) bill of materials (BOM).
Package and publish technical and sales readiness materials to ensure partners are well-equipped to market and sell our ERP solutions.
Monitor partner performance metrics and adjust execution strategies to optimize results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner GTM execution.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience
2 years' experience in partner ecosystems, partner business models, and experience in building partner capacity to drive go-to-market initiatives
2 years' experience in managing partner programs and driving go-to-market initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience
Knowledge with Microsoft’s partner programs and incentives
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Enterprise Resource Planning solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience
Strategic thinker with the ability to create and execute comprehensive marketing plans
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
