MTNA Rainsville Plant is looking for a Machine Maintenance Technician on 3rd shift Pittman schedule (6:30pm - 7:00am). Purpose of Position: This position is responsible for overall maintenance and upkeep of the machinery throughout the facility. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot Injection Machine Problems Troubleshoot Robot Problems Spare parts inventory New Machine and equipment (Off load and install new machines) Troubleshoot utility equipment problem. Perform preventive maintenance. Complete all assigned tasks safely, accurately, and on time. Maintain assigned 5S areas including cleaning up work area and properly disposing of trash and recyclable materials. Skills/Requirements: Technical school training in industrial maintenance technology or five (5) years relevant maintenance experience Must possess sufficient mathematical skills to perform various electrical, mechanical, hydraulic calculations. Must be capable of working with standard decimal, fractional numbers as well as metric conversions. Sufficient electrical skills to work proficiently with poly phase AC Electrical systems, PLC systems, ladder logic Must possess ability to proficiently use electrical testing equipment to include multimeters ammeters, thermocouple calibrators. Must be capable of successfully completing machine/ system training deemed appropriate by management. Regular Prompt Attendance Willing and able to work weekends, during shutdown, and overtime as needed even on a short notice basis. Good communication skills with ability to work as a part of a team. Ability to follow directions (written, spoken, and visual)
