Lockheed Martin Financial Management Sr / Cost Mgmt /Active Secret/ Lvl 3 /Orlando, FL in Orlando, Florida

Description: Cost Management role on the Air Dominance Program. This is a highly visible position with significant interaction with Program, Finance and Corporate Leadership as we well as the Customer. The Air Dominance program is a key program for MFC and LM, transitioning from Development into the Production Cycle. This position is full-time on-site and requires Active Secret Clearance with an investigation within the past 5 years specific responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

-Establish and monitor program budgets, track and reconcile costs, track program funding requirements, conduct cost analysis, and develop variance explanations and recommendations for corrective actions as required.

-Assist program and financial management in monitoring and tracking financial commitments.

-Maintain the Earned Value System and associated logs.

-Interact with a variety of program and financial management personnel and ensure conformance with company and program processes and procedures.

-Will also open and close charge numbers, research and prepare costs transfers as required, and prepare completed contracts for closeout.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience/Knowledge with Earned Value Management

-Experience with Orders/Sales/EBIT/Cash Consolidation and CSR/LRP process

-Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

-Adapt to change and digital transformation

-Active Secret Clearance with an investigation within the past 5 years

-Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Related Bachelor's Degree with professional experience and/or related Master's Degree

Desired Skills:

-Experience developing CSRs with multiple contracts types and scope

-Extensive knowledge of MFC Financial Tools (EFS, SAP)

-Experience implementing DFAR EVMS and independently leading a business rhythm

-Experience developing compliant customer reports to include IPMR, CFSRs, LCCE and CSDRs

-Action oriented and ability to prioritize urgent tasks

-Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

-Exceptional organization skills

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
