Senior Analyst (m/w/d) Supply Chain Finance

Location: Aachen

Contract: full time, permanent

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

  • Responsible for cost center planning, analysis, and reporting of the assigned supply chain / manufacturing area including Capex planning

  • Analyze production variances to understand cost drivers and aid business partners in achieving financial commitments

  • Perform annual standard cost calculation run including preparation of hourly rates and develop ideas for process improvements

  • Responsible for finance material master data maintenance in SAP

  • Perform monthly close activities in the area of responsibility

  • Responsible for reporting, KPI's and analytics on yields, labor and other productivity metrics

  • Independent preparation of external statistics

  • Ensure compliance with SOX and other internal policies and procedures

  • Proactive partnering with business partners to ensure alignment of financial targets and identification of potential opportunities and risks

  • Forging internal collaboration both within and outside of the wider Supply Chain Finance team to ensure high service delivery

Qualifications

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting

  • At least four years of Accounting, Finance or related business experience

  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical skills with focus on what matters

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Ideally experience with SAP S/4 HANA

  • Reliable, precise, structured and independent way of working

  • Strong communication skills

  • Team player mentality

  • Fluent German and good English skills are required
