Senior Producer, Wrap Up Show

The Senior Producer will be in charge of leading the planning and execution of a daily high-level live radio show (the "Show") that serves as a post-show for a major entertainment franchise (the "Franchise") and features recaps, analysis, and opinions from listeners, celebrities and experts.
Duties and responsibilities:
Develop market-leading approach to format and features for daily live radio show within the context of recapping and reacting to the Franchise to attract high listenership and listener participation.
Listen daily to the Franchise broadcast to have full knowledge of subjects.
Oversee the staff and daily execution and staff of the Show which includes hosts and team to handle associate producing, booking, production.
Lead development of creative ideas, angles, topics, polls, games, guest and expert ideas in daily team production meeting.
Listen to pitches from team members including hosts, producers, associate producers, and production assistants.
Flesh out and finalize daily segment rundown for Show.
Oversee production for the Show including call screening, clips and imaging.
Tie content to social media.
Create shared document for producers and production assistants to work on their daily assignments.
Quality-check all audio elements for daily Show.
Prep on-air talent on final structure, tone, and execution of Show.
Prepare any celebrity guests for live show.
Live produce Show in the studio during broadcast.
Perform post-mortem with hosts and production staff.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience.
At least 5 years of experience producing a major market or syndicated radio show.

Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
Editing skills including but not limited to Adobe Audition and ProTools.
Experience with NextGen/Prophet System.
