This role will be responsible for go-to-market efforts between SiriusXM and its' partners for device led and service led bundle offers. Critical responsibilities will be cross-promoting the partnership marketing strategy across the SiriusXM organization, owning the go-to-market plans for partners or products, writing partner/product briefs and summarizing overall customer partner feedback to the experience. Key performance metrics will be streaming usage and awareness, satisfaction on partner reviews and ratings, and driving positive social media mentions. The ideal candidate loves process and people, thrives on the nuances of detail, leaves no stone un-turned, loves to share their results and insights, and wants to succeed. The candidate will work closely with individual group of partners (e.g. Amazon, Google, Sony, Mobile Carriers, others), product management, IT and marketing lines of business to advocate for streaming in the home.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as the Subject Matter Expert:
Acts as partner subject matter expert to develop, advocate, and implement the go-to-market plan for new SiriusXM partner launches.
Educates internal organization on features and functionality of specific partners or products.
Champions and articulates differences and similarities in the design (and UX) of partner operations from the partner through to SiriusXM.
Analyzes and clearly articulates customer feedback from social or agent platforms and identifies improvement areas.
Prepares weekly presentations for partner and internal marketing teams.
Creates and manages complex go-to-market project plan and dependencies:
Manages daily complex and comprehensive rolling action item list to identify and track red, yellow, and green items. Ensures the right stage-gates are achieved.
Brings project discipline to the organization through use of tools and technology.
Documents business requests through JIRA ticketing process.
Hosts weekly meetings with executives and working team to close actions; escalates as needed.
Ensures on-time delivery (and approval) of offers, fulfillment, marketing assets, tech designs, development requirements, testing plans and grabs anything else along the way!
Manages the holistic countdown of the partner marketing plan including daily and hourly check-points for internal and external resources.
Prioritizes work to get-in market and champions completion of post-launch release items.
Happily conducts UAT and on-going testing of devices.
Documents and illustrates launch and post-launch critical items with ease.
Owns the partner 'playbook:'
Documents the customer journey between the partner and SiriusXM through illustration and Visio from the front-end of marketing sales pitch to sign-up to fulfillment to listening to complaint management and resolution to cancel to returning to SiriusXM.
Authors history of what, where, when, how, & why assets or tactics were deployed and works items in agile manner to complete the launch and transition to maintenance team.
Develops partner product brief which includes program description, key positioning, functionality benefits, priorities, customer benefit statements, partner expectations, and desired customer experience.
Pairs up with brand, product, and streaming acquisition to create the right partner value proposition which effectively works through every stage of the value chain.
Loves the cross-functional team work and drives collaboration space, transparence and efficiency:
Networks into IT and engineering and marketing organizations to represent the "voice of the partner and customer."
Participates in strategy planning with streaming acquisition team to drive incremental partner marketing offers, ideas, merchandising efforts on behalf of SiriusXM.
Identifies cross-functional launch plans, gaps, and post-launch improvements. Recommends changes to process and marketing improvements.
Works closely to support business development team; and partner marketing efforts to simplify process and bring efficiency to Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 programs.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience. Master's degree, MiM (Masters in Management), or MBA highly desired; ideal focus would be in technology and business operations or marketing.
5+ years of consumer marketing experience in the digital, streaming, or product space.
2+ years of experience in account and project planning. Must be able to project manage your own work.
Requirements and General Skills:
Superb public speaking and presentation skills.
Tactical experience creating/managing marketing assets and campaigns.
Strong reporting and analytics experience required.
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated interest in continued education, and ability to thrive when facing unexpected and/or high pressure tasks.
Ability to operate independently and in a matrixed team environment
Willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects to achieve project goals.

Travel expected once a month among SiriusXM office locations (NYC, DC, NJ, and TX) as well as to designated partners.
Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics. Adobe Photoshop.
JIRA, Confluence, and other documentation / Agile-task-tracking familiarity.
