Position Summary:

The Senior Fraud Analyst, Revenue Assurance will perform various fraud related operational tasks including, making intelligent data-driven decisions, identifying issues, gathering information, producing actionable analysis, and driving to resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and react to fraud system tools, reports, and alerts.

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data.

  • Perform daily fraud related transactional activities.

  • Perform linkage across multiple transactional sources.

  • Serve as a critical team member during investigations, through data gathering, analysis, and reporting.

  • Identify and resolve anomalies in data and/or trending.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or information systems or equivalent, relevant experience.

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of data analysis experience in financial/business operations, revenue assurance, fraud, or internal audit.

Requirements and General Skills:

  • Familiarity with fraud transaction monitoring systems and procedures.

  • Ability to perform data analytics across multiple transactional sources.

  • Knowledge of chargeback processing and reporting.

  • Solve problems, make recommendations and apply solutions through data analysis.

  • Previous eCommerce experience a plus.

  • Knowledge of Card Not Present (CNP) transactions, eCommerce Fraud, and credit card processing a plus.

  • Chargeback experience a plus.

  • Expert in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong results/goal orientation.

  • Experience in performing data analysis using a standard statistical package such as SQL is a plus.

  • Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.

  • Travel required within North America.

  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio , and Access).

  • Knowledge of SQL a plus.
