Position Summary

IPG Mediabrands is seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) passionate about storytelling and capable of translating complex topics into digestible language for various audiences. The PMM will lead marketing and communication efforts for our Search & Social Activation and Cross-Channel Reporting products. Responsibilities include managing go-to-market plans, creating marketing collateral, drafting and distributing communications, and overseeing project and stakeholder management tasks, among others.

The ideal candidate will possess proven product marketing experience, preferably in the media or advertising technology sectors. This position is an opportunity for someone eager to play a leading role in devising new and creative strategies to generate excitement about our Activation and Reporting solutions through content creation, messaging, events, and other tactics.

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption of IPG Mediabrands' Search & Social Activation and Cross-Channel Reporting products.
  • Define product offerings, rollout, and messaging, in collaboration with Product Management and business stakeholders, based on market research and user feedback.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain compelling marketing materials to promote product use by highlighting capabilities, benefits, and differentiators. Materials include one-sheets, case studies, FAQs, pitch slides, and newsletters.
  • Communicate product updates to ensure current and potential users have the latest information on functionality, usage requirements, and available support materials.
  • Understand the integration points of external technologies within our products and work with external partners to create a unified and compelling narrative that drives the adoption of both our products and the partners' technologies.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and conduct webinars, demos, and workshops to educate client-facing teams on the products.
  • Support product deployment with relevant onboarding documentation and workflows.
  • Work with Corporate Communications and other internal stakeholders to ensure product messaging is seamlessly integrated into all aspects of business communication, including thought leadership, social media, new business support, and more.
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Conduct regular proofreading, editing, and copywriting.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, advertising, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the ad tech industry, topics, and trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and a proactive approach; can anticipate team needs and act on them.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with senior leadership, clients, and peers.
  • Ability to thrive amidst ambiguity.
  • A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Experience using activation platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta's Ads Manager).

Salary Range
$100,000-$110,000 USD
