JOB SUMMARY: This individual will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and serve a key function in preparing proposals, qualifications and presentations, researching business development opportunities, and providing marketing event support.

RESPONSIBILITIES: -Effectively prepares, assists with, and tracks proposals, request for qualifications (RFQs), requests for proposals (RFPs) and pricing and other marketing collateral from kick-off meeting to submittal. -Composes, edits, and creates custom graphic material and prepares staff resumes and project experience needed for RFQs and RFPs. -Coordinates, tracks, and supports the firms business development/marketing activities. -Prepares and completes federal, state, city, and international forms.

QUALIFICATIONS: -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field required. -Internship or professional experience within the real estate, architectural, engineering or construction industry. -Experience with InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Photoshop. -Ability to self-manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deliverables. -Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and editing skills.
