Indigo Slate is growing! We’re seeking an Account Manager who will serve as a main point of contact for one of our growing accounts in the B2B Technology space. The ideal candidate for the role is a highly motivated and collaborative client services team member with Agency experience. You drive relationships with a passion for understanding client challenges and the capability to help solve customer needs through creative, marketing and technology solutions offered by Indigo Slate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Account Manager, you will demonstrate the following core responsibilities:
Account Retention & Growth
Work with clients across assigned focus areas in support of Account Director to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and help identify and implement proper solutions
Have a general understanding across Creative, Marketing and Technology offerings
Pitch support and preparation, as needed/identified by Account Director
Develop broad industry and customer-specific expertise
Communicate clearly and effectively with client teams to achieve set goals of each project
Maintain continuity across projects and clients, advocate for the well-being of the client relationship
Meet with your manager on a regular basis to report and discuss client activity, growth opportunities, and profitability by project, as well as development and execution of account plans
Build and Grow Client Relationships
Able to understand clients' business and generate new ideas to enhance client performance
Lead client meetings and proactively contribute to strategic conversations
Lead internal delivery teams to successful delivery
Focus on delivery quality, customer experience, CSAT and revenue retention
Build trust, credibility, and client referrals
Develop multi-tiered client relationships
In partnership with Account Director, actively pursue relationship health and account growth through frequent virtual and/or face-to-face meetings with clients
Team Commitment
Lead cross-functional teams with clarity and translate client needs to SMEs effectively
Work with Account Directors and discipline leads to proactively strategize sustain efforts and growth of account
Foster teamwork and a constructive work environment
Be a part of a team that rewards creative problem solving
Create Program Plans, Proposals, Estimates, Statements of Work, and Creative Briefs, providing input and insight to the appropriate team members
Drive Against Stated Business Objectives
Work with service delivery leads to develop new client proposals and services
In partnership with Account Director, play an active role in growing recurring revenue and build/maintain long-term relationships with clients
Maintain or improve account profitability and work with PMs to meet or exceed budget goals
Support Account Director to manage and drive the pipeline activities as well as update, track, and monitor the pipeline
Work with Account Director to negotiate deals to optimize margin
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years previous agency or brand firm experience
Previous experience as main point of contact on highly integrated projects and accounts
Experience managing digital projects and a strong desire to continue learning
Experience with scoping projects, drafting briefs and managing budgets
Basic understanding of brand strategy and creative processes
Exceptionally strong communication skills, written and verbal
Proficient computer skills and interest in exploring new tools and technologies
Demonstrated relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients
Proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and provide thoughtful leadership across multiple projects running concurrently

Salary range depending upon experience and location: USD 112,000 to USD 127,000
