Job Description

A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Fund Administration Team Lead to join their team. This resource will be the middle man between management and 3-4 Fund Administration Analyst team members to handle any escalations, questions or provide guidance on any processes, financial reporting areas within the Mutual Fund space. This team is handling fund audits, income accruals and making sure K1s are being produced for the investors and being sent out to the investors. They are coordinating and facilitating the process around the K1s and doing cursory overviews. There's also tax processes that need to be handled for Mutual Funds and this team is handling and overseeing those.

Skills and Requirements

-5-7+ years of fund administration or fund accounting experience

-1+ year in a supervisor, team lead or management role for a fund accounting, administration or analyst team OR has been in a role to help train, teach and/or mentor fund accountants or administrators.

-NAV (Net Asset Value) calculation experience

-Mutual Funds- experience handling distribution requirements, understanding the structure of mutual funds, how they were established, regulatory processing.

• Financial reporting (income accruals, expense budgeting, fund audits)

-Local to Nashville, TN or open to relocating (3 days hybrid onsite) null
