The Opportunity
A successful office leasing team in our Airport office, is actively seeking a proactive and resourceful individual to provide administrative, marketing and graphic design support. This role is the backbone of the sales team and is highly valued.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Produce layouts for client presentations, property marketing flyers, email marketing campaigns, and social media visuals, all while identifying opportunities to bring creativity and innovation to existing marketing practices and materials;
Coordinate onsite photoshoots, manage marketing budget requests, and track invoices;
Maintain and update various databases such as contacts and availabilities, team’s pipeline, online listings, electronic campaigns, etc.
Generate market surveys, tour books, expense reports and standard ad hoc reports;
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and tours with clients for sales professionals;
Gather supporting documentation to complete voucher forms and process sales professionals’ commission payments;
Other duties may be assigned
What we require
1+ years of admin support experience, preferrably in real estate
Post secondary eduation, university degree preferred
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
Ability to take initiative on workload with minimal supervision
Works effectively to achieve competing deadlines
Works well within a team and alone
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude
Computer proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of InDesign will be considered an asset
