Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize daily operations to meet business goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

• Supervise and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to ensure adequate stock.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance and initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
