Position Description:

Manages a unit within a department. Plans, organizes and develops goals and procedures for the unit. Represent the unit to administrators, outside agencies and others on relevant matters. Supervises subordinate staff.

Major/Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the South End Zone Game Day Operations, which includes planning, organizing, and execution of all suite set-up and catering, concessions areas, and all F&B

  • Oversee all game day staff in preparation of game day functions and serving of fans

  • Pre-game and post-game set up and inventory of all assigned food and beverages needs

  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service, and handling of all customer complaints/issues to ensure all guests have a positive experience

  • Work closely with the event planners and kitchen staff to ensure that guest orders have been correctly received, billed accordingly, and reconciled after each game day

  • Assist in the training of staff in relation to game day operations, specifically with regards to all food safety and food handling policies, procedures, and TABC laws and regulations
