Responsibilities include managing:
Social content and calendar for multiple social media profiles on TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, Snapchat, YouTube, and other emerging platforms
Creative vendors deliverables such as social content, paid media creative, and copywriting
Community management on film-specific and studio social handles through social agencies
Key online asset debuts across all social platforms
Digital influencers to drive word of mouth across social landscapes
On-site social content capture at events such as junkets, premieres, and screenings
Execution of social giveaways with fulfillment
Legal creative review and contract requests
Compilation of social reporting and performance
Transition of campaigns to internal Home Entertainment and Paramount+ teams
Collaborate with international counterparts to align on global initiatives, creative materials, and content launches
Provide social support to all internal departments, ensuring optimal utilization of content and cross-functional activations on social
Identify key trends, new tools, and emerging tech to incorporate into our campaigns and streamline workflows
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years' experience in a social media and/or digital-focused role with direct responsibility in the development, execution, and day-to-day operations of social campaigns from the ground up
Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience
Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro
Additional Qualifications:
Detailed understanding of all applicable social media platforms with clear knowledge on how to use their functionality to generate visibility and stimulate fan interaction
Proven ability to write engaging copy tailored to each platform in a number of different styles and tones
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $75,000.00 - 93,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.This position is bonus eligible.
