A renowned 40-attorney law firm is seeking a new associate attorney for their team. This attorney position is ideal for an associate who wants partnership and true hands-on mentorship. This attorney will be paired up with a partner mentor from the outset. The partners of this firm prioritize giving their associates immediate client contact and feedback on their work so they can grow as writers and litigators.

This attorney will handle a variety of employment, commercial, and real estate litigation. This attorney will be responsible for discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, and preparing for and assisting with trials, mediations, and arbitrations. This firm has a very reasonable 1800 annual billable hour target. They value a high quality of work over churning out a high quantity of billable hours.

The ideal attorney will have 1+ year of litigation experience. This firm has a very congenial environment and they encourage in-person collaboration. This attorney must be willing to work onsite for the first 6+ months.
