Your Role:

The Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for supporting the company's cybersecurity program, including risk assessments, incident response, and security operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Monitor and analyze security events to detect and respond to cybersecurity incidents.

  • Conduct risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in systems, applications, and networks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security controls and processes that mitigate cybersecurity risks.

  • Support incident response activities, including investigating security incidents, performing forensic analysis, and implementing remediation plans.

  • Participate in security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

  • Research emerging threats and technologies to keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in cybersecurity.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and technical documentation, to support the company's cybersecurity program.

  • Participate in training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity principles and practices.

  • Provide support for security-related projects and initiatives.

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including security operations, incident response, risk assessments, and security controls.

  • Experience with security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, antivirus, and SIEM.

  • Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques.

  • Experience with security frameworks, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and ISO 27001.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven recommendations.
