Family Resource Home Care Site Manager in Jasper, Alabama

Family Resource Home Care is a leading provider of home care services in the states of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, with our headquarters being in Liberty Lake, WA. Additionally, we have a wonderful support center located in Winfield, AL! We are hiring a senior level manager to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our reach in the local community and operational markets.

The Senior Site Manager plays a pivotal leadership role within the organization, responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the Centralized Staffing Team as well as being the senior manager of our Winfield, AL support office. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including the primary objectives below.

Key Responsibilities

  • Culture: Uphold the company's culture, balancing support, engagement, and respect with operational excellence. This manager is responsible for exhibiting these characteristics as a key representative of FRHC in our Winfield support office and holding others accountable to this standard as well.

  • Leadership: Lead and drive day to day scheduling management for our branches by overseeing staff operations and scheduling efficiency. Additionally, this senior manager will oversee company credit card purchasing and key holding.

  • Operational Efficiency: Responsible for optimizing the efficiency of business operations within the centralized staffing department. This includes improving processes, managing costs, enhancing productivity, and holding staffing team to high level of expectation in these areas.

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of the supported branches and provide guidance to scheduling staff on how to adapt to changing KPIs with a focus on continuous improvement. This involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and taking corrective actions, when necessary, with the support of the Director of Workforce management.

  • Client and Caregiver Satisfaction: Champion a high level of client and caregiver satisfaction within their supported branches.

  • Business Partner: This role is a business partner between functional departments, their regional teams and community partners by facilitating communication, collaboration, and alignment between different departments. This manager will oversee communications and relationships between staffing team and branches to ensure optimal communication, collaboration and respect, coaching staffing team as necessary in these areas.

  • Talent Management: They are responsible for hiring, training, and developing staffing employees with the support of the Director of Workforce Management. They must ensure that their department has the right talent to meet its operational goals and take corrective action when needed.

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years of people management experience including but not limited to performance/talent management, operational oversight, driving performance and productivity, making immediate changes in department operations to align with company performance and goals, etc.

  • Must be able to provide 2 supervisory references and 1 colleague reference

  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred, but not required

Location and Work Requirements

  • This is an onsite/in office position at our Winfield, AL support office. Majority of working hours are spent at desk/computer station.

  • The usual business hours for this role will be Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, however this role will require some evening and weekends to meet the needs of our operations.

  • This position may require travel as appropriate to visit branches or our headquarters. Air travel would be required in these instances.

Physical Requirements

  • Role may require frequent standing, walking, sitting, keyboarding, and driving. Occasional twisting, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, kneeling, or squatting. Seldom work above shoulders, and operation of equipment.

  • Position will require the employee to talk and hear; fully communicating in and comprehending English.

  • Lifting can range from frequent 10 lbs. or less to seldom lifting of greater than 50 lbs.
