Robert Half IT Support Analyst in Garden Grove, California

Description We are offering a unique opportunity to join our team as a Help Desk Analyst I, based in Garden Grove, California. This role is pivotal in our tech support operations, where you will be responsible for provisioning and deprovisioning hardware, managing devices, and handling tickets in our system. This is a contract role, well-suited for individuals with strong troubleshooting skills and experience in hardware installation.

Responsibilities:

• Provisioning and deprovisioning hardware based on user requirements

• Utilizing a ticketing system to manage and resolve technical issues

• Managing devices and user identities, ensuring smooth operations

• Providing technical support to a diverse user base, ranging from tech-savvy individuals to those with limited computer skills

• Handling hardware troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues efficiently

• Working with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom for ticketing

• Managing hardware installations, including Dell/Lenovo laptops/desktops

• Continuously adding to our growing team, with the expectation to reach 200+ members by year-end

• Performing basic troubleshooting to resolve technical issues

• Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar role

• Proficiency in deprovisioning and provisioning of hardware and software

• Experience with hardware installation and troubleshooting

• Knowledge of imaging devices and their operation

• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

• Experience in handling hardware issues efficiently

• Familiarity with ticketing systems and their usage in tracking and managing issues

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
