Trinity Health Patient Access - Team Lead Registration in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Description:

Hours for position: Monday - Friday and potentially Saturday - need flexibility to work between the hours of 5am -8pm, but will be 8-hour shifts.

  • Performs at the appropriate competency at PAR level.

  • Demonstrate Epic registration proficiency by working at a level of 95% every month.

  • Demonstrate the ability to train New Hires on the Epic registration module used within the department.

  • Understand the intricacies of Epic for investigative research and troubleshooting of registration accounts.

  • Possess the ability to read and analyze patient access reports to determine possible postings of registration errors).

  • Resolve incorrect account registrations.

  • Participate in departmental trainings and ongoing education programs

  • Perform at professional conduct standards, exemplifying core values, standards of excellence, and appropriate compliance conduct for HCH PFS departments.

  • Possess the ability to coordinate PAR group meetings and monitor work as directed by a Supervisor or Manager.

  • Cross trained in every area of Patient Access Services including all functions of Centralized Scheduling and Financial Counseling *

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

HS diploma or GED from an accredited institution required

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
