How you'll make an impact:

Lead the team of Architects to design and deliver complete end-to-end solutions in the SiriusXM Connected Vehicles family of services. Work with respective Sales, Marketing and Product teams to translate customer requirements into actionable work for DevSecOps organization. Foster clear communications and accountability within and between teams and enable the teams to overcome obstacles. Be the bridge between our customers, executive management, and technical implementation.

What you'll do:

Build a high-performing team of customer-facing solution architects who collaborate closely with sales and customer success to directly engage with customers. This includes pre-sales and post-sales activities that drive customer acquisition, onboarding, and overall success with CV's products and services.

Actively support presales activities and discuss technical details with our customers.

Establish the architectural principles to be used as building blocks for the Connected Vehicles services and platforms.

Collaborate with Product leaders to align product roadmap and architecture with strategic direction.

Drive architectural reviews and improvements of existing solutions and platforms.

Develop and maintain the architectural roadmap for the Connected Vehicles services and platforms.

Maintain a big picture, strategic outlook with the ability to iterate from company strategy to product development and planning.

Be responsible for end-to-end solutioning for SiriusXM Connected Vehicles across various infrastructure, applications, and client components.
