We need influencers who can align cross-functional partners to ensure the best possible experience for our platforms. On the Vendor Tech Enablement & Quality team we measure how effectively we are creating safe and open environments for our users and positive experiences for businesses across our family of apps through our suite of Quality metrics. We use this information to design & drive continuous improvement processes across our organization. We are looking for an analytical thinker with strong communication and creative problem-solving skills. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners, subject matter experts, operations managers and our engineering and reporting teams

Required Skills:

Quality Insights Program Manager Responsibilities:

1. Report process, policy and product concepts effectively to senior leadership, business and cross-functional partners by simplifying complex problems

2. Perform urgent, time-sensitive investigations of quality issues or escalations to determine root cause and recommend corrective action using data driven insights

3. Identify and quantify the impact of top quality metric issues, conduct root cause analyses, and work with key cross-functional partners to implement change

4. Proactively and independently initiate and execute implementation plans and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance

5. Remain up to date on key workflow changes, operational guidelines, policy updates and Community Standards

6. Deeply understand the architecture and integration points of Meta's community support processes, products and policies

7. 4+ years working in an Operations, Insights, Analytics, Product, Engineering or equivalent team, preferably in a technology company or consulting firm or similar fast-paced environment

8. 4+ years of Project/Program Management experience

9. 4+ years experience delivering presentations to key stakeholders

10. 2+ years of SQL experience
