Our non-profit client is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Driver on a temporary to hire basis.Depending on business needs, a majority of the day could be spent working in the warehouse OR driving as back-up when needed. The pay rate is $15.80/hr. and the successful candidate MUST be personable, reliable, honest and willing to happily help out wherever needed!No evenings required! Work hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Tues - Sat. Company's main/box truck garage location is on a bus route so no personal vehicle is required.Requirements/Qualifications:No special license is needed but you must have a valid and active NYS Driver License.Proven experience driving a larger vehicle or box truck is REQUIRED!Must be a focused and independent worker who can be trusted to pick-up products from various locations throughout the WNY area.Must be able to consistently and safely lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs. as you will be required to physically load and unload a box truck.Have a professional demeanor and be able to effectively communicate with team members.This employer enforces a drug/alcohol-free environment.
