As a Social Media and Content Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in various marketing functions, spanning communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. As a Social Media and Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing tasks with precision, managing multiple projects concurrently, and meeting tight deadlines. This position will report to Marketing but supports other areas of the company requiring visual or written content to execute their objectives.
The successful candidate will have the ability to think strategically about our technology and industry while working in collaboration across all departments and all teams to deliver exceptional content for our growing business. Laser-focus and hands-on execution are hallmarks of a successful PostProcess teammate. We’re an early-stage company so the need to establish processes while remaining nimble and moving at lightning speed will be an important objective.
Pay scale: $55-65,000 Depending on Experience. This is not a remote position.
Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Produce visually engaging and clearly written content for product launches, events, email campaigns, and social media initiatives, simplifying intricate information for easy comprehension.
Collaborate across departments to help create content to support PostProcess’s overall company goals
Maintain company social media presence, specifically on LinkedIn, by engaging in best practices to increase followers and increase page engagement
Report on social media analytics and track KPIs and offer recommendations based on data
Provide recommendations for new and creative ways to demonstrate value to existing and new customers through different mediums
Assist with video creation
Help distribute and promote press releases and report on media coverage
Support planning of trade shows
Skills and Qualifications
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments
Experience with Adobe Suite
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team player approach.
Ability to build trust and confidence with other stakeholders.
Must have high energy, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently to achieve objectives.
Education and Experience
B.A. in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related
3-5 years of experience in marketing/communications
3-5 years of professional experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
