PulteGroup Marketing Coordinator - Austin, TX in Austin, Texas

JOB SUMMARY

The Austin division of PulteGroup is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level position that will allow the proper candidate to learn all facets of the Marketing Department from the ground up. Marketing channels as a new homebuilder that the coordinator would be exposed to include our websites, home listing websites, collateral design, sales support, eblasts, social media, and more.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accuracy of all Division’s community pages on brand websites, search sites and maps. Provide necessary creative assets (photos, video, copy, announcements, and inventory listings).

  • Oversee collateral updates to match weekly pricing list for website, inventory sheets and MLS listings. Ensure websites, and realtor platforms are updated.

  • Order and manage visual assets for communities (Photography, Matterports, Virtual Tours, IFP’s, SAM’s).

  • Produce and manage community brochures and collateral, using online tools such as Canva, Flippingbook and QR trackers and working with Graphic Designer.

  • Order and manage community-level marketing point-of-sale materials such as signage, displays, flyers and inserts.

  • Produce and execute monthly newsletter and social posts.

  • Provide ongoing community presentation audit/assessment from consumer’s point-of-view ensuring integrity of flags, welcome mats, office hour signage, etc.

  • Coordinate, execute and assist with special community events, neighborhood openings, and division wide meetings.

  • Maintaining relationships with 3rd party vendors for various marketing needs.

  • Participation in monthly field calls and annual marketing summit.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or equivalent

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 1-year prior experience in a Marketing support role

  • Working understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing and social media channels preferred but not required

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to effectively prioritize, work well in high stress situations and under tight deadlines

  • Ability to deliver creative content across marketing channels (text, image and video)

  • Ability to work in a team or independently when required
